Being born in India, it comes naturally to most gals to cook the most complicated dishes with such ease. The funny part id we dont even know that it's not easy to cook indian food, that's the irony. Once you get hooke don these tastes, it's hard to turn around.
If i were to cook like Rachel Ray but of indian in less than 30 minutes, I'd be famous. My interest in Indian food is solely by the reason of my friends, people i know. They are so fascinated by the aromas, intimidated by taste Indian food invokes in you, it humbled me to realize my not-so-great-but decent cooking skills are really worth the effort to create a collection of what i know, what i have seen and what i enjoy.
